Requirements
  • Proven experience working as a site supervisor.
  • Knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.
  • Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
  • The ability to interpret blueprints/layout plans.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with contractors/clients on the installation/renovation work.
  • Responsible for planning daily and weekly work and resolving site issues.
  • Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; and complying with legal regulations.
  • Take proactive measures in cost-saving, power forecasting, and planning, and be consultative about all projects.
